This is a unique opportunity to join a highly entrepreneurial, innovative, small but established business with an ambition, vision and desire to provide strategic partnerships and guidance to their clients.

The role:

  • Develop and expand new business opportunities within established accounts and prospective new clients
  • Build an effective BD strategy and approach to develop a string and sustainable pipeline
  • Expand international market presence and awareness
  • Develop a commercial and business development vision and strategy in line with company corporate strategy 
  • Add value, insight and commercial vision within the internal leadership team.


  • Management and ownership of overall sales strategy including lead generation and development 
  • Lead the entire end-to-end sales process, developing and maintaining the company’s new business plan
  • Accountable for the identification, development and management of key accounts and new business opportunities 
  • Identify client need and develop creative solutions, leveraging internal operational capabilities and technologies.
